This program provides a system for valley citizens, families, and businesses to collect non-animal organic matter from their kitchens, and turns it into valuable nutrition (compost) that nurtures our organic “manure-free” (we do not use any animal manures or biosolids containing soils) gardens. This program is also a seedling nursery for participating tribal gardeners, as well as a seed propagation source.
